透過ftp連上空間，但有無法刪除的檔案，該怎辦呢?

Q: 我使用 ftp軟體，登入空間後，有的資料夾或是檔案，我無法刪除，該如何處理呢?

A:  1.請試試 cpanel -> 檔案總管  ；使用檔案總管功能，在刪看看。
     2.原因是該資料夾，可能是被套裝軟體，改為nobody屬性，所以用一般ftp是無法處理的，可以試改用cpanel去刪看看。
     3.如果還是無法刪掉，則要通知我們，在透過root去刪除。
